Changing our behaviour is a challenge with few equals. 80% of all New Year’s resolutions fail by February. Only 2 out of 10 change initiatives succeed. Long-term, sustained change (not short-run bursts that sputter out before real shift happens) is one of the hardest things any of us will ever try to accomplish. Whether the change involves diet, exercise, habits, personal development or anything else, changing behaviour is tremendously difficult.
