Paul Charron

When I first became the CEO of a company and had to run lots of different divisions and manage different people, over different geographies, that’s when I became aware that I couldn’t logic or rationalize my way through all problems. My thinking evolved to the point of cultural, competitive advantage which relies on empowerment. You can’t empower people without relating to them."

‐ Paul R. Charron, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Liz Claiborne
