How will I create a plan that empowers your life? My work is a blend of methods gleaned from 18 years of experience leading change for large corporations, best practice learned through my personal transformation and spiritual journey, and skills that I developed in my Generative Change and Emotional Intelligence education.
I believe that to create lasting changes in our behavior, it is necessary to work on both, the spiritual, mental and emotional levels of our being. I do that by mixing:
- Traditional Therapy
- Generative Trance Therapy
- Psilocybin-assisted Therapy
But first – am I the right coach for you?
Carl Jung, the father of psychology whose teachings have profoundly influenced my work, believed that it is a coach’s own hurt that gives a measure of his or her power to heal others. Wounded healer is a term he invented for this. What this means is that a healer, or a coach can only take others as far as they have come themselves. Most sports coaches, for example, are former athletes. If you’re seeking help with burnout, it makes sense to work with someone who has personally experienced burnout in their life, or they will only relate to your challenges on a theoretical level. The same applies for all other challenges.
Furthermore, every coach has a different personality which will influence their work. My style, while nurturing and warm, can also be rather confrontational at times. So, it is good to make sure that we click. If we don’t, no reason for panic: I work with a network of 20+ coaches and therapists and can refer you to someone else who might be more compatible with you.

HOW DO MY LIFE COACHING PROGRAMS WORK?
It is recommended that you work with a personal life coach for a minimum of one year. This will ensure you build a trusting relationship and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or other inner blocks that are holding you back. My life coaching programs start with a strategy session where we identify barriers and set goals.
We will then go through the following steps together.
Step 1: Identify unconscious behaviour patterns and coping mechanisms
You will start your journey with me with a map of your conscious and unconscious behaviour patterns. This is an Emotional Intelligence 21-pages report that will give us a clear overview of your emotional and social skills and competencies (see a sample report here).
The instrument that we will use is the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) – one of the most respected and recognised EI assessment instruments worldwide and the first medically / scientifically validated tool. It incorporates more than 20 years’ research and development and is used on both, individual, team, and organizational levels.
During the first few weeks we will work together to gain awareness about your hard-wired behavioural patterns and limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
Step 2: Develop patterns to overcome the beliefs
The next three to six months of our work will focus on developing new behaviours to help you overcome these patters and beliefs and achieve breakthroughs. These patterns will become regular habits that you can use for the rest of your life. For this I blend both, traditional and alternative therapy methods, such as Cognitive, or Rational Emotive Therapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Generative Trance.
Step 3: Reinforce patterns and achieve goals
The rest of our work together will focus on reinforcing your new patterns and using them to achieve the goals you set in the beginning of your coaching program. As you achieve goals, we will celebrate your successes together and continue to set new goals to tackle.
And here’s what really makes this life coaching program unique: to really embed your new habits and mindset I offer psilocybin assisted therapy. Although most of the steps in my program are optional, and you can start your journey in any order that you like, following through with this plan from beginning to end has proven to be most beneficial for my clients.
